…and now for the weather…

While we’re planning to be in Spain, typical daytime temperature in Madrid is in the 60’s but can be as cold as the 40’s and as high as the 80’s. At night, think a low in the 40’s. The chance for rain averages between 15% and 20% daily.

In the north of Spain, for example, San Sebastian, the daytime highs average in the mid to upper 60’s and the low is often around 45. The probability of rain hovers around 30% each day.

The moral of the story? Lots of layered clothing that allows you to easily convert from cold to almost hot depending on the day and area we’re in.
